Jewelry Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the shipping date for all US orders of regularly priced jewelry (unfortunately, no international orders, or clearance items can be returned). All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless orders were not fulfilled correctly and/or there were damaged/defected products received.
Refunds will be made within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise and will be credited back to the original payment method (this takes 5-10 business days). We do not refund shipping cost unless there has been an oversight on our part.
To return an item, fill out the return slip that is included in your order and follow the directions on the slip. You may also download a return slip to print it off yourself.

All jewelry created in partnership with Brenda Grands Jewelry is backed by a 1 year warranty from Brenda Grands Jewelry. Gold filled items from our partnership with Brenda Grands is noted in the descriptions.
Brenda Grands Jewelry offers a free 1-year warranty repair or replacement on products purchased online and in boutiques. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or workmanship, NOT wear & tear or neglect. The customer is responsible for shipping items back to Brenda Grands Jewelry.
We will issue a repair free of charge if it’s within a year of the warranty period.

All warranty repairs and replacements are at the sole discretion of Brenda Grands Jewelry.
