Orders are packaged and shipped out within 1-3 business days of receiving them.

When a customer makes a purchase, they should expect to get an order confirmation via email. (It’s essential that our customers give us accurate email addresses, because it is our main avenue of communicating with our customers.)

Once the order has been packaged and a postal slip generated, our customers will be sent a tracking number to monitor their orders.
